Missing teenage boy located and returned home
CARLTON — A local teen who was reported missing this afternoon has been located. He is safe and is home.
Dakarai Hilliard, 15, was last seen this morning at 5:30 a.m. at his home on Bills Road in the Town of Carlton.
He was located safely by Sheriff Chris Bourke and returned home.
