Midget ‘B’ League to open Monday with four teams
It will open as scheduled this coming Monday June 15 but the Lockport Midget ‘B’ League lineup will include only four teams and not five as was originally planned.
Because of a lack of players the Lockport entry as dropped out leaving Albion, Lyndonville, Medina and Somerset as the league’s remaining teams.
Monday’s 6 p.m. openers will have Somerset at Medina and Lyndonville at Albion.
League action will continue on Wednesday with Medina at Lyndonville and Albion at Somerset.
The seven team ‘A’ League will open its season at 6 p.m. Tuesday June 16 as scheduled with Medina at Albion, Lyndonville at Akron and Lockport at Roy-Hart as Wheatfield/Cambria draws the bye.
League action will continue on Thursday with Roy-Hart at Lyndonville, Albion at Wheatfield/Cambria and Akron at Medina with Lockport drawing the bye.
