Midget ‘A’ semis washed out
Today’s rains washed out this evening’s scheduled Lockport Midget ‘A’ League playoff semifinals matching No. 5 seed Lockport 2 at No. 1 Medina and No. 3 Lockport 1 at No. 2 Lyndonville.
Those semifinals games have been rescheduled for 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the same locations.
Medina took two out of three from Lockport 2 during the regular season and Lyndonville did likewise against Lockport 1.
The best two out of three championship round is now tentatively set to begin on August 19.
