Midget ‘A’ loop has 6 team lineup
The Lockport Midget ‘A’ Baseball League is prepping for the upcoming season with a six team lineup.
Two teams from Barker are expected to join the lineup along with four returning teams including Lyndonville, Roy-Hart, Lockport 1 and Lockport 2.
The ‘A’ League, which is for players ages 16-18, is scheduled to open the season on June 7.
“Do to so much parity between the teams, the league will be very competitive,” said ‘A’ League President Ramon Rodriguez who noted that the league is still accepting applications for new teams until May 22.
