Medina Yankees keep rolling at 9-0
The Woodroe Realty Medina Yankees downed the Medina Cubs 20 – 0 Saturday to improve to 9-0 in Major Division youth baseball action.
The Yankees attack included Tyler Kroening who went 4 for 4 with 3 triples and 1 single and 5 RBI’s, Brody Fry 4 for 4 with 2 doubles, 2 singles and 3 RBI’s, Tyler Allen 3 singles and 2 RBI’s, Jimmy Dieter 2 singles and scored 3 times, Cole Callard had 1 single and scored 3 times, Joseph Reese a single and scored once, Kolton Fletcher 2 singles and scored once, and Colton Smith and Theodore Champney each scored twice.
In combining to hurl the shutout on the mound, Fry had 5 strikeouts, Kroening 2 strikeouts, and Callard 2 strikeouts.
