Medina wrestlers down rival Albion

In a match dominated by forfeits, Medina downed rival Albion 48-24 in a regular season ending Niagara-Orleans League wrestling match this evening at Albion.
In all 9 of the 13 scheduled bouts were decided by forfeits. Both teams had four forfeit wins and there was also a double forfeit.
Medina won the four bouts that were decided on the mat on pins by Liam Castricone (131) in 1:24, Brennan Allen in 3:17, Sawyer Kingsbury in 2:47 and Reece Senske on 1:29.
Medina finishes the dual match portion of the N-O season at 4-1 and Albion at 0-5.
The Roy-Hart vs. Newfane and Akron vs. Wilson matches were postponed due to the weather.
Albion will next host the N-O All-League Tournament on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m.
