Medina will host B2 soccer semifinal Monday
No 2 seed Medina will host No. 3 Cassadaga Valley/Falconer in the semifinals of the Section VI Class B2 boys soccer playoffs at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Vets Park.
Medina brings a 14-2-1 record into the semis while Cassadaga Valley/Falconer is 7-8-2
Monday’s other B2 semi will have No. 5 Akron at No. 1 Southwestern at 7 p.m.
The B2 championship game will be at 5 p.m. Friday at West Seneca West.
In the Class C semifinals on Wednesday, No. 1 seed Wilson will host No. 4 Randolph at 6 p.m. and No. 6 Westfield/Brocton will visit No. 2 Allegany-Limestone at 7:30 p.m.
The Class C finals are scheduled for November 4 at West Seneca West.
Lady Hawks, Lady Eagles in semis Tuesday
The Holley and Kendall girls soccer teams will be involved in a Section V semifinal playoff doubleheader on Tuesday at East Rochester.
No. 4 seed Holley will face top seeded Williamson in a Class C 1 semi at 5:30 p.m.
No. 1 seed Kendall will then take on No. 5 Caledonia-Mumford in a Class C2 semi at 7:30 p.m.
