Medina U19 booters edge Holland
Holley U16, Albion U15 girls score wins

Regaining the .500 mark at 3-3-2, Medina edged past Holland 1-0 at Vets Park this evening in a Buffalo and Western New York Soccer League boys U19 Division game.
Thomas Goetze scored the lone goal for Medina in the second half.
Also in U19 action, Roy-Hart lost 7-0 to the Yemen Force.
In U17 Division action, Medina dropped a 2-1 decision at Orchard Park. Brian Anderson netted the Medina goal.
Medina’s U17 squad also lost 6-1 at Grand Island on Monday as Dale Hopkins scored the lone goal.

Girls Soccer
Holley 1, Churchville 0
Holley scored with just three minutes remaining to earn a 1-0 victory at Churchville in a Rochester District Soccer League girls U16 Division game.
Courtney Winkley scored the game winner for Holley.
Madison Papaj earned the shutout in goal for Holley which also got strong efforts from the defensive quartet of Heather Winkley, Anne Jewell, Brittney Shattuck and Mikala Smith.
Holley, which is second in the division, is now at 6-2-2.
Albion 1, Penfield 0
Maintaining a hold on the division lead, Albion’s U15 team nipped host Penfield 1-0 in Rochester District Soccer League action..
Aubrey Lewis scored the lone goal for Albion with seven minutes remaining.
Katie Mann made several key saves in goal for Albion which improves to 8-2.
