Medina U16 stickmen rally for road win
Coming from behind in the second half, Medina nipped host Frontier 4-3 this evening in a Western New York Lacrosse League U16 Division game.
Trailing 3-1, Medina began to rally on a goal by Sage Skinner, off an assist from Tom Vasquez.
Dan Mondujano then netted the typing goal and Christian Silversmith followed up with the game winner off an assist from Chase Prest.
Mitchell Silversmith scored Medina’s lone first half goal.
Frontier led 2-1 at the half.
Now at 1-1, Medina next hosts East Aurora at 6:30 p.m. on July 5.
