Medina U14 girls edge Grand Island
Medina’s U14 girls squad edged past host Grand Island 3-2 this evening in a Buffalo and Western New York Soccer League game.
Hannah Adams scored two goals and Destiny Satkowski one to lead the Medina attack. Lydia Battaglia chipped in with two assists.
Boys U17 Soccer
Scottsville 4, Albion 1
Division champion Scottsville scored twice in each half to defeat visiting runner-up Albion 4-1 this evening in a Rochester District Soccer Legue boys U17 Division game.
Alejandro Ocampo Jr. scored the lone goal for Albion.
Scottsville finishes the season at 10-1-1 and Albion at 8-4.
