Medina U12 booters tie KenTon

The Medina U12 Soccer Club played to a 3-3 tie against the KenTon Dragons this week.

Medina scored two quick goals both by Jackson Moreland on assists by Zaric Boyce but Ken Ton answered back with two of their own before the end of the first half.

In second half action, Samuel Kingsbury tallied a goal for Medina on a throw in assist by Roman Heinsler but once again the Dragons returned with a goal of their own.

With back and forth action for the remainder of the game, strong defensive efforts by Will Roush, Diego Sanchez and Mason Moreland held Ken Ton in check.

U17
Scoring three goals in each half, Niagara Falls blanked visiting Medina 6-0 Wednesday in a boys U17 contest.

U19
Improving to 2-1, Medina blanked visiting Cheektowaga 6-0 in a U19 Division contest.

Brian Anderson and Steven Anderson both scored 2 goals as Collin Dunn and Chase Pecoraro each netted 1.
