Medina spikers post win over Holley

Medina bested host Holley in four sets 25-2, 24-26, 25-12, 25-7 this evening in a non league volleyball match.

Je’ne Brown had 6 kills and Maddie Williams 5 to lead Medina at the net. Kharise Johnson had 9 aces, Elle Gross 6 and Brandi Guild 5 to pace the Mustangs at the service line.

For Holley, Nicole Mrzywka had 4 aces, 4 blocks. 4 digs and 3 kills; Rachel Howard 5 aces and 4 assists and Ava Parr 3 kills and 5 digs

Johnson served up points 6-13 and Guild 15-25 in the first set for the Mustangs. Gross then scored points 2-7 and 24-25 in the third set.  Johnson also tallied points 2-7, Guild 9-14, Evie Schultz 18-23 and Emiy Schoolcraft 24-25 in the fourth set.
