Improving to 5-1, Medina defeated Akron 224-259 this afternoon in a Niagara-Orleans League golf match at Shelridge.
Ian Wagner took medalist honors with a 38 for the Mustangs as Mike Cardone added a 40, Trevor Luthart a 44 and Andrew Fuller a 46.
Brennan Murty shot 44 and Steve Wagner 48 for Akron which drops to 1-7.
Albion and Roy-Hart had a rare split score at Hickory Ridge as the Purple Eagles won on points 31-24 and the Rams on strokes 237-240.
Hogan Lang shot 38 to earn medalist honors for Roy-Hart as Murphy and Madigan Lang both added rounds of 49.
Patrick Ricker shot 40, Nick Penna 43 and Nick Perry and Victor Benjovski 46 for Albion.
Roy-Hart is now 4-2-1 and Albion 2-4-1.
Barker boosted its record to 4-2 with s 233-260 win over Newfane.
Josh Richbart earned medalist honors with a 43 for Barker. Jake Harris added a 44, Cam Fox 47 and Dan Engert 48 for the Raiders.
Tyler Wagner shot 44 for Newfane which slips to 0-7.
