Medina, R-H swimmers sweep; Albion splits

The Medina boys swim team downed visiting Wheatland-Chili 85-14 in a non league meet this afternoon.

Ray Paull was a double winner in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Breaststroke while Hunter Heil took both the 50 Free and 100 Free and August Pietrafesa the 500 Free and 100 Backstroke to lead the Seahorses.

Medina also bested W-C in the girls meet as Hannah Heil took both the 50 Free and 100 Free,

Roy-Hart likewise swept visiting Pembroke winning the boys meet 93-74 and the girls 101-54.

Carter Green was a double winner in the 200 and 500 Free for the R-H boys while the girls got double win efforts from Amanda Hill (Individual Medley and 500 Free) and Kayla Hagen (100 Free and Backstroke).

The Albion boys defeated visiting Alexander 71-23 as Matt Kovaleski doubled in the Individual Medley and Breaststroke, Thomas Furmanski in the 50 Free and Backstroke and Harrison Brown in the 100 Free and 200 Free.

Avery Green was a double winner in the 100 Free and 200 Free for the Albion girls in a 57-36 loss to Alexander.

Attica swept host Barker winning the boys meet 90-63 and the girls 89-62.

Dominic Clementi doubled for the Barker boys in the Individual Medley and Breaststroke.
