Medina opens new parking lot on Pearl Street

MEDINA – The Medina Village Board last week approved opening a new parking lot at 115 Pearl St. This photo was taken last Monday before the traffic cones were removed. The lot was used by the public later in the week.
The lot is at the southwest corner of the intersection of Pearl Street and Proctor Place. It is rectangular in shape with dimensions of approximately 132 feet frontage on Pearl Street and 100 feet frontage on Proctor Place.
This land was donated to the village by 415 West Avenue LLC, which is owned by Dr. Syed Shah, a cardiologist.
The DPW removed concrete from the site and put down the millings. It will be paved in the future.
