Medina Mustangs FC grabs division lead
A trio of players contributed goals as the Medina Mustangs FC downed the Buffalo Brighten Stars 3-1 Sunday at Sahlens Sportspark to take over first place in the 2nd/3rd Division of the Sahlen’s Cup League
Improving to 3-1, the Mustangs got goals from Ethan Leonard, Alex Allis and Jose Perez.
Leonard, Greg Husung and Tyler Arnold each had an assist.
The Mustangs now hold a half game lead over the Sahara Gunners and Meerkets which are both 2-1.
Medina next faces the Bangarang FC at Sunday at Sahlens Sportspark.
