Medina senior lineman is Trench Trophy Hall of Fame honoree

Medina High senior lineman Chris Johnson (52)  has been honored one of the Trench Trophy Award’s Class of 2022 Hall of Fame inductees. The Trench Trophy Awards honor the top high school linemen in Western New York. Johnson, a three year starter for the Mustangs, had 46 tackles this season including 31 solo and 12 for losses and 3 sacks. The inductees are in the running for the Lineman of the Year Award which will be presented at the awards banquet on December 6 at which time in the Hall of Fame inductions will also take place.
