Medina has 6 Scholar/Athlete teams

VOLLEYBALL – Members of the Medina High varsity volleyball squad have compiled a composite average of 94.198 to earn a New York State Public High School Athletic Association Scholar/Athlete Team Award. In front are Carley Schultz, Abi Smith, Victoria Vought, Alyssa Beyer, Molley Gross and Elizabeth Newman. In back are Abigail Maines, Brittany Schultz, Amanda McCauley, Emma Ambrose and Nicole Blount.

BOYS SOCCER – Compiling a composite average of 94.271 members of the Mustangs boys soccer squad have earned a NYSPHSAA Scholar/Athlete Team Award. In front are Max Owens, Colm Cooper, Greg Husung and Zach Harris. In back are Kristian Snyder, Carson Zgoda, Tyler Ames, Justin Morgan, Aaron Feltz and Zach Laird. Missing from the photo are James Ianni and Ian Smith.

FIELD HOCKEY – Members of the Medina varsity field hockey team have compiled a composite average of 94.213 to earn a NYSPHSAA Scholar/Athlete Team Award. In front are Sarah Granchelli, Michaela Cardone, Megham Allen, Stella Russo and Hannah Lonnen. In back are Emma Wilson, Dominique Hughes and Bailey Allen. Missing from the photo are Courtney Albone, Anna Blount, Teanna Cardone and Chantalle Kidney.

GOLF – Compiling a composite average of 97.682, members of the Mustangs golf squad have earned a NHYPHSAA Scholar/Athlete Team Award. In front are Trevor Luthart, Andrew Fuller, Melanie Green and Ian Wagner. In back are Carson Gates, Sam Busch, Brad McPherson and Dylan Sturtevant. Missing from the photo is Jacob Bensley.

GIRLS SOCCER – Members of the Medina girls soccer squad have compiled a composite average of 92.354 to earn a NYSPHSAA Scholar/Athlete Team Award. In front are Allison Bensley, Kati Bilicki, Rowan Hamner, Cora Payne and Morgan Roach. In back are Andrea Toussaint, Jamie Boyce, Emma Gardner, Martha Gardner, Kyla Leno, Destiny Satkowski and Hannah Adams.

CROSS-COUNTRY – Compiling a composite average of 93.822 members of the Mustangs cross-country squad have earned a NYSPHSAA Scholar/Athlete Team Award, In front are Haylee Cogovan, Paige Wagner and Holly Heil. In back are Ryan Leffler, Matt Cochrane, Austin Heil and Bryce Bellan.
