Medina grads help key Pfeiffer lacrosse romp
Medina High graduates Blade Garlow and Kyle Barna helped spark the Pfeiffer University lacrosse team to a 23-11 romp over Chowan over the weekend.
Garlow scored 6 goals and added 5 assists while Barna netted the three goal hat-trick.
Pfeiffer jumped out to a 4-2 first quarter lead as Garlow and Barna each scored a goal.
The Falcons then broke the contest wide open in the second period extending the advantage to 11-4 at the half. Garlow netted 3 goals and Barns 2 to lead that uprising.
