Aiden Paul shot a sizzling round of 36 on the windy afternoon to earn medallist honors for Medina.
Mitchell Silversmith added a 44, Zach Blount a 47 and Dylan Lonnen a 48 for the Mustangs.
Newfane boosted its record to 6-1 with a 238-257 win over Barker as Sam Capen earned medalist honors with a 42.
Barker earned a split on the day by downing Wilson 257-261.
Front running Akron stayed undefeated at 6-0 by downing Roy-Hart 227-281 at DanDee Farms.
Jack Klodzinski took medalist honors for Akron with a 40 as Drew Romesser had a 42, River White 45 and Sly Sundown 49.
