Medina golfers post win at Akron
Starting the second half of the season, Medina downed Akron 205-247 this afternoon at DanDee Farms as the Mustangs stay perfect at 7-0 in Niagara-Orleans League golf competition.
Ian Wagner took medalist honors for Medina with a 34.
The Mustnags balanced scoring also had Trevor Luthart with a 40, Jake Bensley and Andrew Fuller 43 and Aidan Paul 45.
Brennan Murty had a 40 for Akron which is now 3-3-1.
Barker 264, Newfane 276
Barker snapped a season long six match losing streak by downing Newfane 264-276.
Jake Harris took medalist honors for Barker with a 42 as Tyler Wagner led Newfane with a 48.
