Medina golfers post key win over Albion
Taking over sole possession of first place, Medina defeated Albion 221-254 at Shelridge this afternoon in a key mid season Niagara-Orleans League golf match.
Ian Wagner took medalist honors for Medina with a 37. Andrew Fuller added a 42, Aidan Paul 44 and Jake Bensley for the Mustangs.
Nick Penna led Albion with a 42.
Medina is now 6-0 and Albion 4-1.
Roy-Hart split a pair of points with Newfane as Murphy Lang took medalist honors for the Rams with a 41.
In the other match, Wilson defeated Barker 246-278.
Nate Fox earned medalist honors with a 42 and Patrick Seeley added a 44 for Wilson while Jake Harris led Barker with a 47.
