Medina golfers edge past Newfane
Medina edged past Newfane 242-247 at Shelridge this afternoon to improve to 9-2 in Niagara-Orleans League golf action.
Medina’s Mike Cardone and Newfane’s Aiden Herlan shared medalist honors with rounds of 43. Connor Duncan added a 45 for Newfane which slips to 5-7.
Front-running Wilson stayed perfect at 12-0 with a 208-284 win over Albion at Hickory Ridge as Brandon Seider and Gabe Curcione shared medalist honors with 41.
Dyer Benjovski led Albion (1-11) with a 46.
Barker boosted its record to 7-3-1 with a 246-255 victory over Roy-Hart (3-9).
Barker’s Brian Hefferon and Roy-Hart’s Faye Conley shared medalist honors with rounds of 47.
