The loss drops Roy-Hart to 0-3.
Defending champion Wilson defeated rival Newfane 252-285 as Patrick Seeley shot a 38 and Nate Fox a 39.
Akron topped Barker 223-257 in the other match as Brennan Murty earned medalist honors with a 42.
