Medina golfers down Newfane
Improving to 4-1, Medina defeated Newfane 221-239 at Oak Run this afternoon in a Niagara-Orleans League golf match.
Michael Cardone and Melanie Green both shot 42, Gage Masters 43 and Hunter Sturtevant 46 for Medina.
Aiden Herlan shot 48 for Newfane which slips to 2-3.
In other N-O action, undefeated (5-0) Wilson downed Albion 219-284 at Willowbrook as Connor Seely earned medalist honors with a 40. Barker (3-1-1) bested Roy-Hart (1-4) 257-261 as Brad Wilson and Brian Hefferon led the Raiders with rounds of 49. Faye Conley had a 48 for Roy-Hart.
