Medina golfers defeat Akron
Improving to 6-1, Medina defeated Akron 217-244 in a Niagara-Orleans League golf match this afternoon at Dandee Farms.
Ian Wagner took medalist honors for Medina with a 37.
Hunter Sturtevant carded a 42 and Andrew Fuller a 45 for the Mustangs.
Steven Wagner and Mike Nowacki shot 47 for Akron which slips to 0-7.
In one other N-O match, Barker (3-2) downed Albion (2-5) 240-256 at Niagara-Orleans.
Brad Wilson took medalist honors for Bakrer with a 43.
Adam Sills and Victor Benjovsky both shot 49 for Albion.
