Medina girls down host Barker

Building up a 4-1 half-time advantage, Medina went on to defeat host Barker 5-1 this afternoon in a Niagara-Orleans League girls soccer game.

Martha Gardner scored 2 goals as Destiny Satkowski and Kylie Bielak each added one to spark Medina’s big first half. Satkowski also had 2 assists and Gardner 1 during that stretch.

Hannah Adams netted the lone second half goal for Medina.

Taylor Morris scored Barker’s goal in the first half.

Newfane 3, Albion 1
Two quick goals in the first 10 minutes of the second half, by Adelyn Burns and Erica Flagler, keyed Newfane to a 3-0 win over visiting Albion.

Emily Foltz netted the Lady Panthers first goal in the opening half.

Emily Blanchard scored in the second half for Albion.

Wilson 3, Roy-Hart 0
Kayla Neumann scored 2 goals and Rachel Senek 1 to lead Wilson past Roy-Hart 3-0.

Emily Kelly made 6 saves to earn the shutout in goal.
