Medina girls best Barker

Jumping out to a 26-10 half-time advantage, Medina went on to defeat host Barker 47-27 this evening in a Niagara-Orleans League girls basketball lame.

Camri King took game high scoring honors for Medina with 20 points as Tyesha Robinson added 9,Maddie Williams 7 and Kharise Johnson 6.  Williams also dished out 9 assists. King scored 10 quick points in the opening quarter to give the Mustangs a 10-4 lead.

Gabby Baker scored 12 and Sydnie Luckman 9 for Barker.

Medina is now 5-3 and Barker 1-6 in N-O action.

The Mustangs will next visit Tapestry in a non league game Saturday and then host rival Albion at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
