Medina duo competes in lacrosse tournament at Lake Placid

Two Medina High lacrosse players, Jake Cotter and Tyler Valley, competed in a major tournament at Lake Placid this past weekend as members of Rochester Blaze teams.
Cotter plays midfield for the Blaze Rising Sophomore team and Valley midfield for the Blaze Orange Elite team.
There were a total of 125 teams from all over the U.S .and Canada competing in the Lake Placid Torunament in both scholastic and men’s divisions.
Both of the Blaze teams played a total of five games and both finished with 3-2 records.
