Medina downs Gowanda in D Div. lacrosse

Jumping out to a 6-1 first quarter lead, Medina went on to defeat Gowanda 20-11 in a Class D Division lacrosse game this evening at Vets Park.
Josh Wilson scored 4 of his game high 6 goals in the opening period to spark the Mustangs out to a fast start.
Cayden Lilleby and Dylan Lonnen both added 5 goals, Will Prest 3 and Cole Callard 1 on the evening for the Mustangs which led 12-6 at the half and 17-8 after three quarters.
Now at 6-4 in the division and 9-5 overall, Medina will next host Bloomfield at 2 p.m. Saturday in a non league contest.
