The Medina school district will be closed Friday through Sunday. A forecasted snowstorm with travel bans in some areas will limit some staff members’ ability to get to work.

“This decision is being made out of an abundance of caution,” District Superintendent Mark Kruzynski said in a message to Medina students and families. “Please stay safe.”

GCASA also announced it will close its administrative, outpatient clinics/offices in Albion and Batavia on Friday.

The residential, detox and methadone programs will remain open –  those staff should report.
