Medina cheerleaders win N-O title

Contributed Photo – The Medina Mustangs Competitive Cheerleading Squad won the first annual Niagara-Orleans League Cheerleading Championships competition Thursday night at Akron High School. The team hit a perfect routine to beat out Akron and Wilson in the N-O D2 small varsity division for a first place victory. The Mustangs also had the highest score of the competition, beating out Newfane in the D2 large varsity division to earn the title as Niagara Orleans League Champions. The team will next compete in the Section 6 Cheerleading Championship on February 5th at Buffalo State College.
