Medina boys, Roy-Hart girls post soccer wins
Making it five shutout wins in a row to open the season, Medina blanked Roy-Hart 8-0 in a Niagara-Orleans League boys soccer game this evening at Gasport.
Improving to 3-0 in the league and 5-0 overall, Medina built up a commanding 5-0 half-time advantage as Cole Callard scored 3 goals and Jimmy Dieter and Aleks Seefeldt each added 1.
Tyler Kroening then scored twice and Callard once in the second half.
Seefeldt also had 4 assists on the evening.
Brady Christiaansen earned the shutout in goal as the quartet of Trenton Morley, Cam Kenward, Gavin Dehlhaus and Ryan Pegelow anchored the defense.
Roy-Hart is now 0-3 in N-O action.

Maria Trombley had 3 goals, Kaitlin Mettler and Allie Trombley 2 each and Hayley Hillburn and Macie Sidor each chipped in with 1 for the Lady Rams. Allie Trombley and Maria Trombley also each had a pair of assists.
