A no hit pitching performance combined with a 14 hit attack powered Medina to a 22-0 romp  over Pembroke in a non league baseball game at Vets Park this afertnoon.

Zack Fike picked up the win on the mound for the Mustangs striking out 8 over the first four innings. Xander Payne came on to strike out the side in the fifth.

At the plate, Medina scored two quick runs in the first inning on a sacrifice fly by Nate Sherman and an RBI double by Chris Goyette.

A three run triple by Sherman then highlighted a six run second inning which also included another double by Goyette and an RBI single by Fike. Three walks loaded the bases to set up the threat.

The Mustangs later exploded for 12 runs in the fourth frame highlighted by three-run homers by both Trevor Luthart and Brian Fry. Goyette also had a two-run single, Fry a triple, AJ Seefeldt an RBI double and Tavian Rhim and Luthart run producing singles in the marathon frame.

Goyette had a total of 4 hits as Fike and Luthart both had 2.
