Medina golfers top Akron to go to 11-0
Having already put a lock on the title, Medina improved to 11-0 with a 245-255 win over Akron at Dandee Farms this afternoon in a Niagara-Orleans League golf match.
Ian Wagner took medalist honors for Medina with a sizzling round of 33 as Aidan Paul added a 40 and Dylan Lonnen a 49.
Drew Romesser shot a 47 for Akron which finishes at 6-6.
In the other match, Wilson completed a 9-3 regular season with a 218-271 win over Newfane which slips to 0-10.
Patrick Seeley took medalist honors with s 39 for Wilson has Josh Seider added a 40 and Lily Sanborn a 43.
