Maryvale girls post win over Medina
Jumping out to a 17-4 first quarter lead, Maryvale went on to down visiting Medina 59-45 in a non league girls basketball game this evening.
Threes by Jamiyah Jones and Brianna Domon highlighted the big first quarter for Maryvale which went on to lead by margins of 28-12 at the half and 44-27 after three quarters.
Honesty Hill scored 22 and Alexa Demmer 16 to lead Medina.
The Mustangs next host Akron in a Niagara-Orleans League game at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
