M-L United U15 blanks Tonawanda

Photos by Cheryl Wertman – Sam Kingsbury scored a goal for M-L United U15 during the victory over Tonawanda this evening at Lyndonville.

Building up a 3-0 half-time advantage, Medina-Lyndonville United went on to defeat Tonawanda 4-0 in a Buffalo and Western New York Junior Soccer League boys U15 Division game this evening at Lyndonville.

Wyatt Zelazny scored two goals, off assists from Josh Hilobuk and Sam Kingsbury, and Jack Whiple one to give M-L United the big first half lead.

Kingsbury scored early in the second half to round out the scoring as M-L United improves to 3-3.

Jackson Moreland and Kevin Travis shared in earning the shutout in goal for M-L United which next visits Wilson on Thursday.
