M-L United U12 scores two soccer wins

The Medina-Lyndonville United U12 soccer team earned a pair of victories over the last few days defeating Niagara PAL 5-1 and the Akron Predators 2-0.

Caden Kingsbury led the offense against Niagara PAL with 2 goals as Cole Callard, Cameron Kenward and Vinny Gray each had 1 goal.

The defensive play of Luke Duffina, Kolton Fletcher and Trenton Morley helped Medina secure the victory only allowing 1 goal on the day.

Camden Fike got things going against Akron by scoring the first goal off of a rebound.  Callard sealed the victory with another goal.

The defense on both sides was resilient helping to keep the game close.

Next game will be July 1st vs Tonawanda Triton followed by the final game on July 2nd vs. West Seneca Knights
