Lyndonville woman allegedly sold hydrocodone pills

LYNDONVILLE – A Lyndonville woman is accused selling and distributing prescription hydrocodone pills, the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force is reporting.

Erlinda Rodriguez-Zuniga, 49, of 2274 South Lyndonville Rd. has been charged with one count of broth criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, which are Class B felonies.

Rodriguez-Zuniga is currently on federal probation for an out-of-state drug trafficking charge, the Task Force reported.

She was arraigned in the Town of Ridgeway Justice Court by Town Justice Dawn Keppler, and was committed to the Orleans County Jail without bail due to her previous criminal history. She is to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Aug. 7 at 9 a.m.

The U.S. federal probation assisted in this investigation.
