Lyndonville posts volleyball win over Albion

Lyndonville bested visiting Albion in four sets 25-15, 18-25, 25-15, 25-16 in a non league volleyball match this evening.

Gracie Johnson had 3 service aces and 5 spiking kills, Lorelei Dillenbeck 7 kills and 6 assists, Ashlee Stephens 11 assists and 2 kills, Addison Dillenbeck 5 aces and 5 kills and Haley Shaffer 3 aces and 12 digs for Lyndonville.

Shaffer served up eight points in a row (6-13) and Addison Dillenbeck scored a total of six (2-4, 22-24) in the first set to help get Lyndonville rolling.

Maya Knaak scored seven points (2-3, 14-18) in the second set to help pull Albion even. She had a total of 5 aces in the first two sets.

In a Genesee Region League match Kendall defeated Oakfield-Alabama 25-16, 25-17, 22-25, 25-21.
