Lyndonville man, 20, faces numerous drug charges

LYNDONVILLE – A Lyndonville man faces numerous drug charges after being arrested today following an investigation into the sale and distribution of heroin, fentanyl and prescription Suboxone, the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force is reporting.

Hunter L. Green, 20, of 11411 East Yates Center Rd. was charged with 2 counts each of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree (Class B felonies) and two counts each of both criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree (Class D felonies).

Green was arraigned in the Town of Albion Justice Court by Town Justice Joseph Fuller, and was committed to the Orleans County Jail on $100,000 bail – cash or bond. Green is to return to the Albion court on Wednesday at 9 a.m.
