Lyndonville, Kendall post G-R soccer wins
Lyndonville nipped host Pembroke 1-0 this evening in a Genesee Region League boys soccer game.
Barrett Alexander scored the lone goal for the Tigers at 21:50 of the second half off a free kick by Colton Smith.
Goalie Brody Hazel then preserved the Tigers victory when he stopped a Pembroke penalty kick with about 8 minutes to go.
Improving to 2-1, Lyndonville next host Attica at 5 p.m. Thursday.

Pablo Rosario Reyes scored 3 goals and Brandon Barrett, Vinnie D’Agostino and Colby Hughes each netted 1 for Kendall in the 6-0 G-R win at Attica.
Jonny Conte earned the shutout in goal.
Byron-Bergen 1, Holley 0
A first half goal proved to be just enough to earn Byron-Bergen a narrow 1-0 G-R win over Holley.
