Lyndonville, Kendall players earn G-R All-Star honors

Lyndonville’s duo of senior Nick Hinkson and junior Eddie Schildt, along with Kendall senior Jacob Ramsdell, have been named to the Genesee Region League All-Star basketball team.

Hinkson led Lyndonville is scoring this season with 371 points for a 16.9 per game average. He also had 158 rebounds, 138 assists and 55 steals.

Schildt led the Tigers on the boards with 262 rebounds. He also scored 329 points (15.0 ave.) and had 53 assists and 58 steals.

Ramsdell scored 292 points (13.9 ave.) grabbed off 168 rebounds and had 133 blocks.

Lyndonville juniors Eric Neace and Corey Hydock both received honorable mention as did Kendall junior Brandon Miller and Holley juniors Dylan Hillabush and Derek McArthur.

Neace scored 252 points (11.5 ave.) and had 129 rebounds, 30 assists and 16 steals while Hydock scored 213 points (9.7 ave.) and had 92 rebounds 49 assists and 28s steals.

Miller scored 160 points (9.0 ave) and also averaged 5.3 rebounds.

Hillabush averaged 11 points and 6 rebounds and McArthur 6 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3 assists.

The 12 member G-R All-Star team also includes senior Jake George and junior Owen Thompson from Attica, juniors Brandon Burke and Colin Noeth from Byron-Bergen, junior Henry Pflaumer and senior John Hocmuth from Elba, senior Trey Nadolinski from Oakfield-Alabama, junior Kyle Ludwig from Pembroke and senior Justin McLendon from Wheatland-Chili.
