Lyndonville hosts N-O boys 5th and 6th grade basketball tournament

Both Lyndonville High gyms were kept busy Saturday with competition in the Niagara-Orleans 5th and 6th grade boys basketball tournament.

Newfane took top honors in the tourney downing Albion 44-36 in the championship game.

In the semifinals, Newfane nipped Medina 26-23 and Albion trimmed Akron 44-40.

In the opening round, Albion defeated Roy-Hart 43-19, Akron downed Lyndonville 33-26 and Newfane topped Wilson.
