Lyndonville, Holley girls bow in G-R contests
Alexander defeated Lyndonville 58-46 and Byron-Bergen downed Holley 48-17 in Genesee Region League girls basketball games this evening.
Alyssa Kramer scored 16 of her game high 22 points in the first half to help Alexander build up a 33-20 half-time advantage.
Addison Dillenbeck scored 17, Ashlee Stephens 11, Lorelei Dillenbeck 9 and Haley Shaffer 7 for Lyndonville. Stephens and Lorelei Dillenbeck also each grabbed off 10 rebounds.
Leading by a narrow 13-10 margin at the half, Byron-Beren outscored Holley 23-2 in the decisive third quarter to key the win.
Dayanara Caballero scored 16 and Kendall Phillips 9 to lead the way for B-B.
Sam Bates scored 14 for Holley.
