Lyndonville boys volleyball squad drops narrow decision

Earning the first set win of their inaugural season, the Lyndonville/Medina boys volleyball team dropped a 23-25, 25-20, 26-24, 27-25 decision to host Wayne this evening.

Junior Eddy Schildt led the Tigers offense and sophomore Mason Pecoraro sparked the defense.

“Even though we did not gert the win, this game showed us how far we have come as a team and as a program,” said Coach Kevin Lasky. “The boys came out firing on all cyclinders to take the first game. After that first game come from behind victory, the boys lost there consecutive very close, very hard fought games. Our players really stepped up to complete.”
