Lyndonville ‘9’ downs Byron-Bergen

Making it two wins in a row, Lyndonville rolled to an 11-1 five inning run rule victory over host Byron-Bergen this afternoon in a Genesee Region League baseball game.

Roman Heinsler went the distance on the mound for Lyndonville giving up only 2 hits and striking out 7.

Trenton Muck banged out 3 hits and Heinsler 2 to lead the Tigers at the plate.

Lyndonville scored three times in both the third and fifth innings and four times in the fourth. Jack Whipple had a two-run double in the third inning and Muck a two-run single in the fourth.
