Lockport trims Roy-Hart in non league soccer
Lockport trimmed visiting Roy-Hart 4-3 in a season opening non league boys soccer game this afternoon.
Elijah Giroux had two goals, Trent Choate a goal and two assists and Aiden Guild an assist for Roy-Hart which next hosts Pembroke at 6:30 p.m. Friday in another non league contest.

Akron (2-0) defeated Medina (0-2) 225-416, Newfane (1-0) downed Roy-Hart (0-1) 344-429 and Barker (2-0) won by forfeit over Wilson (0-1) in Niagara-Orleans League golf matches.
Jack Klodzinski and Drew Romesser both shot 44 to lead the way for Akron.
Medina’s duo of Aidan Paul and Dyla Lonnen shared medalist honors with 41’s.
Joe Harris took medalist honors with a 41 and Nathan Mazza Ray 44 for Barker while Nathan Meyers carded a 42 for Wilson.
