Local trio on SUNY Brockport track squads

Albion High graduates Marquis Riddick and Chanyce Powell and Medina grad Holly Heil are all competing on the SUNY Brockport indoor track and field teams this season.
Riddick a senior, is off to a strong start having been named SUNY Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week recently after taking first place honors in the Long Jump (6.78 meters) at the Golden Eagles Early Season Invite.
He is majoring in Kinesiology/Sport Science/ Physical Education.
Powell, a freshman, placed fourth in the triple jump at the Early Season Invite. She is majoring in Exercise Physiology.
Heil, a sophomore who also ran for the Golden Eagles Cross-Country team last fall, is competing in the distance events. She is majoring in Psychology.
