Local temperatures back in the 80s today

After a late summer cooling with highs in the 60s, the temperatures are forecast to be back in 80s today with a high of 81, according to the National Weather Service in Buffalo. It will be partly sunny with a chance of showers today.
Wednesday is forecast to reach 83 with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Thursday also has a chance of showers with the high temperature at 70, followed by a high near 77 on Friday, and 76 on Saturday and Sunday.
